A one-time magic link is a secure login link sent to your email address. When you click the link, you are signed in without entering your password here.

• The link only works once.
• It is valid only for a short period of time.
• If someone else has access to your email, they can also use the link.

Treat your email inbox as a key to your StableSafe portal.

If you forgot your password, you reset it inside the portal. First, sign in using a one-time (magic) link, then change your password on your profile page.

  Click “Sign in with one-time link via email” on this page.

  Open the email from StableSafe and click the link to sign in.

  Once signed in: go to Profile in the portal.

  Choose Change password, enter a new password, and save.
